My name is Angela Parrish, and I feel incredibly blessed to have spent the past 30 years working with children in the very building that is now home to Little Fish Christian Preschool. As a lifelong Vancouver resident, this community holds a special place in my heart. I earned my B.A. in Human Development from WSU Vancouver, and my years of experience have taught me that children learn best when they feel safe, loved, encouraged, and free to discover the world around them.

 

At Little Fish, I strive to create a warm, family-like Christian environment where every child feels special, seen, heard, and loved. My heart for teaching is rooted in play-based learning, curiosity, and discovery. I love watching children learn through hands-on experiences, friendships, creativity, and everyday moments of wonder. Most importantly, I want each child to experience God’s love and build a joyful foundation for both their faith and their education.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy gardening, sewing, creating clean-living products, and embracing a simple farm-and-country lifestyle. I bring that same love of creativity, nature, and simplicity into our classroom whenever I can. It is an honor to be part of each child’s early years, and I look forward to partnering with families to make their time at Little Fish a happy, meaningful, and memorable part of their childhood.
